I need Clara Peller of Wendy's; 'Where's the beef', fame to do an encore of 'where's the parts'. For those of you who have forgotten Clara, here's a reminder.
I did speak with Chip yesterday and he is checking on the parts, but I missed his call back yesterday afternoon so I still don't know any more than I did. I have tried to reach him today, but he's not been available. Today I spent a bit of time over at the office and picked up a few picture of what is still growing in this heat.
Word's to live by.
We are looking at another 100 degree day so activity will be limited to the bare minimum for enjoying the good life.
Shouldn't this be "Where's the parts/part 2"?
ReplyDeleteI love the little statue boy with his dogs...so cute!
Probably should have been Michelle.
DeleteYou left Missouri to soon it's nice and cool here for the moment.
ReplyDeleteJust trying to get things taken care of on Mel, didn't think I would be here this long.
DeleteJust typical of parts suppliers. You'd think in this economy they'd be happy to sell parts. :c(
ReplyDeleteThey are more than willing to sell them, they just don't seem to be in any hurry to deliver them.
DeleteI could look at flower gardens all day. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThey work pretty hard to keep this one blooming, but the cactus do well.
DeleteOne of the best all-time classics of television commercials. Pure genius. Love the sentiment on the garden plaque.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite commercial also. With the beauty in your yard I'm sure the plaque would strike a cord with you.
DeleteYou sure are a patient man. I would be throwing ten fits by now.
ReplyDeleteI used to throw fits, but all it did was raise my blood pressure.
