New throne

After wrestling with repairs to the Thetford RV toilet that Chip and the crew finally determined was never going to be right, I decided, on Chip's recommendation, to switch brands and have ordered a Sealand RV Toilet, a throne fit for a king. Or at the very least one that works.

Other that the excitement of placing a toilet order, not much has happened since my arrival yesterday. I spent a bit of time catching up with Clay and Charlie and visited with the office staff, Martha, Bob, Rick, Cheryl and most important the official greeter, Skippy the wonder dog.

The rest of the day will be spent in Sunday mode, which means enjoying the good life.

  1. Be sure and give Skippy a good ear scratching for me too. That is a wonderful pup.

    1. My Irish taste buds don't tolerate spicy. Sorry, that's a 'no go'.

  4. Just be glad you have a "flushem-up" throne. You could be dragging and outhouse in back of the RV.

  7. A new throne for the king in his palace, how cool is that? Nothing like a good flusher to make camping more enjoyable.
