Settled in

Well we have settled in to Cedar Cove RV Park and have spent a good part of the day catching up with a group of old friends. Clay and the Winnie motorhome arrived back in the park yesterday afternoon and they placed his unit in the spot right next to mine. Last night they had a little carry-in supper which allowed me to further catch up with the group. This mornings low temperature was 46 and rain is in the forecast for today so there is not a lot of sitting outside going on, but I did briefly speak with Clay this morning and his kids are on the way in for a memorial service on Saturday. The furthest will be coming from Alaska where Sharon and Clay lived for a number of years.

This cooler weather is quite a change, I even broke out the space heater this morning to get comfortable. It looks like there are going to be a couple these cool days before things warm up again. We will just take what comes our way, but will still be able to enjoy the good life.

  3. You must be in the same weather system as we are. But I am not going to complain. In a few days it will be 80 and that's starting to be a little to warm for me.
Enjoy the catch up with friends.
