Saturday
A day of activity here at J-5. It started with another park model being pulled from the park to be relocated somewhere else. This occupied the sidewalk superintendents for the better part of the morning.

After the big move the next activity was another golf cart rodeo. Drivers were on their games and the crowd was on the edge of their seats as the carts ran through the course.

The chief judge and timekeeper was ready, guns on the hips to enforce the decisions.

Dandy the clown was on hand to entertain the crowd.

Concentration on high display.

Placing golf balls on top of cones.

 Heading for the gate.

Stop at the gate to change drivers.

Backing skills required.

All in all it was another fun day at J-5 and the best thing is no one was run over.

  1. Wow, between the house moving supervision and the golf-cart rodeo, you all got your money's worth today. You should all sleep well tonight after all that excitement!

  2. Way more excitement than I can handle on a Saturday. We made it to the grocery store and I thought we were doing good to get that done.

  3. Since this was the first sunny day of the weekend, with another predicted for tomorrow, we took the doggies for a walk at Fern Ridge. Since it was a high point of our day, Donna just wrote a blog about it. Sounds like your day was full of activity and you didn't even have to go far to find it. Good for you, John.

    1. They keep us pretty busy around here, at least as busy as we want to be.

    1. It's fun, especially when the water guns come out to try to distract the drivers.
