The days report.

Today nothing happened. Well except for breakfast at Cracker Barrel and a visit with Roger and Donna who came down from Zapata for the day. Roger's Garmin needed updated and in the world of electronics Roger is a pair of brown shoes on a tuxedo. So they were more than happy to let me do the honors. Besides Zapata is on 1x speed and here we are 4G so down load times are considerably faster. We have completed the update and they are on their way home.

Another good way to spend a day with friends while enjoying the good life.

  1. Helping friends solving problems in the world of electronics is definitely a great way of Enjoying the Good Life.

Maybe I'll have the rest of my blogger issues straightened out before we have to head back North. Be Safe!

    It's about time.

  4. Love, love, love Cracker Barrel. I love the catfish and Terry loves the dumplings. Can you email us some?

  5. We sent the entire day in Mexico. Contributed to their economy.
What beautiful weather we are having. Enjoy the good life!

  6. Well it's certainly good news from you when "nothing happened", John. We had a very busy and exciting day. It started off with my annual eye appointment, and all is well for another year. Did get a new prescription, which I may fill in Mexico when we go down for dental work. Maybe I'll wait until my dental work is finished so I can see if it turned out o.k. Then we hurried home to be here when the mobile vet came as scheduled to draw some blood from Poppy and send it to the lab. Poppy is doing better today, so maybe after getting a good night's sleep last night that made her feel better. I was up with her for a few hours, so I'm sleepy, but that should be better tonight.

Then the big event...it's raining now, and it's almost 40 degrees, so it feels almost balmy out. Only Oregonians would be happy to see rain, eh? Lots better than that freezing fog that we've seen so much of lately.

Now how's that for an exciting eventful day?

    1. Glad that all your medical appointment went well and good the hear Poppy is doing better. I can relate to you liking the 40 degree temperatures. That 32 degree fog can turn into a real problem. Glad you day offered some excitement.
