Last night the park hosted Betty Rydell and her husband Ed for an evenings entertainment. Betty has been voted Female Entertainer of the year in the Valley for the last two years. She puts on a variety show with a little classic country, some gospel and some yodeling. Betty plays several instruments, I counted 7 during the show and her husband, Ed, joins in for a couple of numbers. Everyone seemed to enjoy the show.

Today's activities in the park include, men's pool, exercise, bridge and the Tuesday afternoon jam session. Then bingo tonight. Folks around here are all enjoying the good life.
Now that is a show I think we would enjoy! Enjoy the good life.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you would, she's very talented.
DeleteSeems like one talented lady.
ReplyDeleteI always admire someone who can play multiple instruments. Probably because I have trouble playing the radio.
DeleteYou certainly get to see some first rate talent there. They must all come to see you, huh? You are becoming quite a draw, John. You might consider a larger venue, and you could up the admission charge.
ReplyDeleteI think they come in spite of me.
DeleteYou have trouble with the radio too! I have an iPod shuffle and some of the songs are on there way to many times. Go figure
ReplyDeleteSome days walking and chewing gum can be a challenge.
DeleteWow! That park really puts on the entertainment. The party never seems to stop there.
ReplyDeleteThey keep us pretty busy around here, but only if we want to be.
DeleteJudging from the dress of the day, the weather must be mucho bettero too! I admire talent. I can play a radio ;-)
ReplyDeleteMuy goodo around here right now.
