Well this mornings agenda was a trip to the PCI clinic to assist the doctor with his monthly mortgage payment. Nothing wrong and no samples retrieved, he just likes my company, apparently. Any way we did determine I have a temperature, pulse and blood pressure. These are all good things to have because without them you have a tendency to assume room temperature and that's hazardous to your health.
The weather is still not cooperating and the sun is missing for the third day in a row. The temperature is in the mid 60's so that's not too bad, but a little sunshine would sure brighten the mood.
The rest of the day has been freed up for some socializing and then tonight a couple of basketball games will capture my attention. All of this is part of the master plan for enjoying the good life.
Good news - temperature, pulse and blood all working. And I'd take temps in the 60's instead of the 50's.
ReplyDeleteI'm always glad to hear all systems are go and we actually made it to 77 today.
DeleteGlad to hear you are still on the right side of the grass! Inhale...exhale...repeat...
ReplyDeleteI keep those instructions posted for reference.
DeleteWe figured our daughter's braces paid for her dentist's sailboat so we understand completely. Temperatures here are much cooler than 60. However, we do have beautiful blue skies.
ReplyDeleteIt cleared this afternoon and we made it to 77. Nice December temperature.
DeleteIf I can get a new hip, I won't mind contributing to my doctor's retirement fund. I'd almost be willing to give up my oldest child, who shockingly to me, turned 40 today. How did that happen? :)

DeleteSounds like to me you daughter is closing the age gap. Don't look back he's catching you. I do hope all goes well with the surgery and you're back on your feet soon.
DeleteWell I am happy to hear your vital signs are good and working well.
ReplyDeleteWe were right on at 53 but we did have sun.
I was pretty excited with the news myself. Anything else would have probably ruined my day.
DeleteYou can always make more contributions to his retirement account, and maybe help him purchase his next RV. Just think, you could be considered to be an economic stimulus all by yourself!! Hope you're feeling all good, with nothing more than a light feeling in your wallet.
ReplyDeleteHe really put a spring in my step by removing that ballast from my wallet. My own stimulus program.
DeleteIt may have been a costly visit, but at least there was no bend over exam! :cO
ReplyDeleteI was really expecting to bend over so he could get a better grip on my wallet.
DeleteCongratulations on another day above room temperature. And, many more.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm doing the best I can to keep vertical.
