Semi-active morning

Actually the morning really wasn't very active. A trip was made to Walmart to renew a prescription and get a few vittles was the extent of the activity. I watched the pharmacist attempt to scare me when I handed her the bottle to be refilled and then watched her pull it up on the computer. She then turned to me and asked what medication I was getting. (duh) She probably needs to stay in the back filling the prescriptions instead of working the counter and scarring the customers.

I'm now back in camp, the groceries have been stored and the next event will be the Bronco game later tonight, until then I will be sitting around enjoying the good life.

  1. They always ask me, Iis this prescription for you? One of these times I am going to say no and see what they say.

  2. That sort of inspires confidence, doesn't it. Makes you wonder if you got the right prescription or some loopy pills...

I've never met a more scary bunch of people and they are filling our prescription.

    1. I'm easily terrified when it comes to medicine. Probably because I have four sisters in medicine and the insist on telling their nightmare stories.

  4. Look at the positve side. If you live through takin gthe medication, you have plenty to eat. Good reason to get both on the same day ;-)

  5. Mother gets her prescriptions filled at HEB. They will ask you for your name, birth date and address. Even with these three things they managed to give her medication to another patient.

When they insisted I had already picked up said medication and even gave me the name of the person that signed for it. I told her I had no idea who that person was. They looked at me like I was lying!

Just then a lady arrived telling them they gave her someone else's medication and that shut them up! I told the lady what had happened and it turns out our respective mothers did not even have the same name, birth date or address. Go figure!
