An attempt to grow rusty wildlife.
Could be the water supply.
Fixins available
More rusty stuff.
A nice conversation pit.
The office.
A rusty band to entertain you.
The pool and patio area.
A nice mural to welcome you.
A rusty watchman.
And his assistant.
Across the highway the Chamber of Commerce has erected a welcome sign entitled 'Indian Scouts'. Hilltop RV Park claims it as their own.
Another look at the office and conversation pit.
Looking west on I-10
And across the highway to the Glass mountains.
You can see why one might enjoy this park and if it wasn't for the west Texas wind it would be perfect. Anyway it's on to the laundry room to produce some clean clothes so I can on with enjoying the good life.
At this time of year there is probably less vacationing traffic on I-10 which would reduce the noise. That and the beautiful scenery would definitely be a way of Enjoying the Good Life. Be Safe.
ReplyDeleteIt's about time.
The park is located far enough above I-10 that noise isn't a factor.
DeleteYou should have included the Roadrunner, or is it still there in town?
ReplyDeleteIt's still in town, but I haven't been in town yet.
DeleteTo some rust is gold..
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute campground. We have never stayed there but now know a great place the next time we head towards Yuma.
ReplyDeleteAnd just $25.00 per night.
Deleteand there is a new walmart there that doesn't use plastic bags!!!
ReplyDeleteIn my quest to tour every Walmart in the country, I'll be there tomorrow.
DeleteWHat a cute place. The sitting area makes me a little nervous...looks like a branding station ;-)
ReplyDeleteYou could end up marked for life if you sat too long.
DeleteI'd be thinkin' twice about gathering eggs when that rooster is around...
DeleteThere is a sign that says free eggs on Mondays, fortunately I won't be here Monday.
DeleteWhat a fun RV Park.
ReplyDeleteWhimsical sums it up.
