Happy Birthday America

Mel and I are proud to be Americans and are very thankful for the ability to be able to travel this great country from state to state without border restrictions. Just one of the many freedoms we have in this country.

Today, like every major holiday we are hunkered down and off the highways. I read that the 4th of July holiday is the most dangerous vehicle accident day of the year. That makes it a good day to sit and do nothing  To those of you who are venturing out today, please be especially alert, be safe and have a good holiday. Be sure and continue to live the good life.

  1. We will be very careful. How appropriate that we are visiting Mt. Rushmore today. Crowds...yes, but lots of fun.
