Busy morning

This morning has been more than a little busy. First to show up was the RV repairman to work with the adjuster who arrived a few minutes later.

They got their heads together and discussed getting an estimate together and a lot of pictures were taken. The, while Chip and Jack were here they continued to puzzle over the toilet problem I've been having and that they had tried to fix yesterday. End result they ended up leaving with the toilet in tow. Of course, this immediately brought on an urge to use the facilities. They are going to rebuild the toilet at the shop and return it to me directly.

The next project today is when Chip returns we are going to be taking our own pictures of the damage and forward them to Orlando so the parts man will have a better idea of what's needed to get me back on the road.

Tough day for enjoying the good life.

  1. No fun when your commode goes out for a spa treatment. Brings a new meaning to the saying "Hold your water"! ;c)

  2. I have Progressive, too. I'll be interested how they treat you and take care of your claim. Hope you got your toilet back. :)

    1. I now have a brand new 'loaner' while mine is being overhauled.
So far, so good with Progressive. The adjuster was more than willing to let the RV repairman submit an estimate and sounded like he was ready to approve all that was needed.

    2. We will be waiting for parts before Mel will be road ready. I can drive short distances (to get groceries or tires) but until the wheel well is repaired I wouldn't fell comfortable on the highway.
