Bad weather.

Once again the weather radio has become very active this morning. We have been under a severe weather watch since about 8 am and the tone alert just went off again just a few minutes ago upgrading the alarm from a watch to a warning. The clouds are building and the talk is of this storm producing hail.. Not news we want to hear.

A view of the skies to the west.

And to the northwest.

Time to sit tight and see what develops. They have added golf ball size hail to the prediction. This isn't making for a happy camper and it sure doesn't help one to enjoy the good life.

  1. We are having lots of rain and wind here in Rockport. Supposedly there was a tornado over in Ingleside near here earlier. Lots of lightining around the area. Duck you devil.

  2. I sure hope you don't get another hail storm! Or any bad storm for that matter...

  3. After just completing all your repairs this is not something you want to go through again. Definitely not the way to Enjoy the Good Life. Be Safe and Enjoy!

PS: We're getting winds right now that feel like they are shaking the building.

    It's about time.

    1. We are getting tone alert after tone alert, but so nothing too serious has developed.

    1. Thanks Kenny, think you can keep it that way until I get there at the end of June.

  5. Now if you hadn't just replaced the skylight, there would be no hail in the forecast. :c(

  7. I had to drive through that (not in the RV) & sat through it in a parking lot while waiting for a friends plane to come in. At least it didn't hit us all that hard here in this part of the Houston area. And the RV did not leak!! Yay! The storms sure made for a beautiful day here today too.

    1. Made a beautiful day just knowing the RV didn't leak, I'd say.
