Rain day

When my eyes popped open at 6 am this morning the first thing I detected was the sound of a gentle rain on Mel's roof. This convinced me that there was no urgency in separating myself from the sheets. The rain that JOJO sent from the White Mountains of Arizona has arrived and it looks like it will be with us most of the day. When we're done with it here we will forward it on to Texas. It is a bit chilly this morning with a temperature in the mid 60's. Today's plan will feature a lack of a plan and other than the Cardinal's game at 4 pm the schedule is clear. This looks like a good day for a good book while enjoying the good life.
