New neighbor

This morning was highlighted by the arrival of my new neighbor, Barney, of the old fat man.adventures. He is a couple of spots away from me and currently is getting himself situated. I'm sure we will have ample opportunity to visit and swap lies in the next month.


Today we have already visited with Clay and Sharon, Barney and Bob. Bob had a bit of excitement yesterday while spraying weeds with the pressure sprayer. It seems one of the hoses decided to detached itself and before he could shut things down he was drenched with weed killer. Not the best thing in the world, but Bob is completely weed free for six months or so. We also said our goodbyes to Ian who is heading for Alpine Texas where he and his wife will be work camping at the Lost Alaskan RV Park for the next three months.


Yesterday I was also called into service to solve a computer issue with label making that Loren has been dealing with for the last six months. A couple of keystrokes and all was well. I was sure glad to be able to do something for Loren after all the places he has toted me.


Today we will be in the relaxed mode, with just enough effort expended to enjoy the good life.
