On th road.

This morning Barney and I left to park to check out another RV park that Barney was interested in. Just as we left it began to rain and we ran in and out of squalls for the next two hours. The temperature dropped to 60 and the wind blew hard. When we arrived at our target destination Barney retrieved the information he was searching for and we were ready to head back to SeaWind.

This is the launch ramp at the park we visited that seems suitable for launching Barney's kayak.

On the way back a stop was made at a small towns Burger Shack where we both enjoyed a real old fashioned hamburger. By the time we finished the skies had begun to clear and the temperature was back into the 70'.

Arriving back at SeaWind we found it was trying very hard to live up to it's name. While we were gone the weather station registered 38 mph winds and the bay was showing lots of whitecaps.

It looks like the rest of the day will be spent with one hand holding onto my hat while enjoying the good life.
