One of the big attractions here at Lakeside RV park was the way it is run. The resident managers Dennis and Tammy do an excellent job of keeping the park running in an orderly fashion while seeing to guests needs. I have never seen hired help work any harder than these two do. Well today they announced they were moving on. They will be leaving in the next couple of weeks to go to Denver to settle a relatives estate and then the plan is to head on back down south to warmer climes for the winter. I am glad to say we have become friends and will keep in touch no matter where our travels lead. I do know they will be missed here.
We are still waiting for parts for Mel's plumbing. I'm hoping that we can get things fixed the first of the week so that we will be in a position to head south when the urge hits. Today the urge is to be right here. 85 degrees, 26% humidity and not a cloud in the sky. A good day to enjoy the good life.
