Dining out

I made the trip into town last night and ate at a new place. For a town of 9,000 Zapata sure has a lot of places to eat. We went to El Hocolitos(sp) and they are famous for their steaks. I had a sirloin that filled an entire platter along with bean soup, baked potato and bread. Today I am fasting. I skipped the monthly biscuits and gravy feed this morning at the rec center. We had two new arrrivals on our row this morning. Two fifth wheelers pulled in from Kansas. They are going to be here for a week and then head back to Kansas. Seems like a long drive for only a week and it's hard to understand why they would come so late in the season. I guess they want to get home for tornado season.
