Weather pattern

We seem to be in a weather pattern here. The overnight low has been in the upper 50's to lower 60's and every night the fog sets in and it becomes very overcast. It will stay overcast most of the morning and then the sky will clear and the temperature will climb. The earlier in the day we see the sun the hotter it will be. Yesterday the sun appeared at 11:00 am and we reached 91 degrees. We are right at the edge of the Mexican desert and that has a strong influence on our weather.
