Trucking
Well the truck driving gene kicked in again. I started this morning at 3:00 am at Blythe Arkansas with the idea of getting through Memphis before rush hour. That's when the gene kicked and when I finally stopped just a few minutes ago I find myself 50 miles north of New Orleans. I am going to have to learn that I'm not a freight hauler any more or I'm going to cover all the states in about 6 months. So far this week I've already covered 5. At least I don't have to worry about the cold nights for awhile. Right now it's 86 degrees and the overnight low is expected to be 58. Maybe tomorrow I'll go slow.

I don't think these first few states should count as ones you have been in. I would think that in order to legally count as a state you have visited,(see the sites) you would have to be in that state for at least one week. (seven days) Joe
