Batten down

Today it is overcast and so far the thermometer has climbed very far from the overnight low and the next few days it looks like winter will be with us. Highs are only expected to be in the 40's on Wednesday and Thursday and overnight lows will be getting down close to the freezing mark. For us wimps that haven't enjoyed winter for a few years this will be a tough couple of days. RV's generally don't pack a lot of insulation into their 3" thick walls so the furnace will have to work overtime in an attempt to ward off the chills. This will require a large expenditure of propane and hopefully today or tomorrow the supply truck will be around to top off the propane tank. Running out is not an option, at least not one that is desirable.

For now I guess enjoying the good life will include looking forward to Saturday when the temperature is predicted to be back in the 70's.
