Veterans day 2011

Today is Veterans Day and it's fitting to honor our veterans across this great land and the families that supported them while they served our country. I make it a point, whenever I see a person in a military uniform, to thank them for their service. I hope you do too.

This morning I went to the laundry house to provide myself with some clean clothes for the upcoming week. As I've said before, it's not my favorite activity, but the maid continues not to show up and leaves it to me to get the job done.

The rest of the day will be spent enjoying the mid 80 degree temperatures while recuperating from being Susie Homemaker. Enjoying the good life always starts right after the laundry is done.
