Bids for bargains

Promptly at 11:00 am the J-5 Auction began with a room full of eager bidders. Here are some scenes from the early bidding.

Pre-shopping the items to be bid on.

Pies for sale with your choice of ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions or maybe the condiments were for the chili dogs, hot dogs and beer burgers which were also for sale.

The bidding gets started. It looks like the auction is going to be a success.

The rest of the day will be spent in the weekend mode with a full slate of basketball on tap. Attending an in park auction is just another way to enjoy the good life.
