Yesterday I promised to have a do nothing day and I did the job and I did it well. I have set out today to accomplish the same thing and am well on my way. I did watch Indiana beat Michigan State and helped with body English wherever I could.
Yesterday I was able to watch the funeral of Stan Musial. The entire service from the Mass to the stop at the Musial statue at Busch Stadium was covered by Fox Sports Midwest. Having grown up as a Cardinal fan I was fortunate to have watched Stan during his prime and later as an ambassador for the Cardinals and Major League Baseball. There will never be another like him.
Well back to doing nothing and enjoying the good life.
That was a great basketball game! Any team that beats any Michigan team is a friend of mine.
