More Fredericksburg

Here are more pictures from the grounds of the National Museum of the Pacific War.

Part of the Peace Garden, donated by the people of Japan.

Additional parts of the Memorial Wall.

A unique fountain.

An explanation of what makes up the fountain.

A little armament.

And some more.

Some Navy armament.

And a torpedo launcher.

The sail of a submarine.

Tomorrow we will head inside the museum, but for the rest of today it's a little maintenance while waiting for the ballgame tonight. Of course there will also be time to enjoy the good life.

  2. Nice header photo.

Hard to believe there is all that outside. We look forward to seeing what neat things the inside holds.

    1. There is so much inside there is no way I will even come close to doing it justice.

  3. I don't think I ever have been to a museum that was just as interesting out side as in.

    Great place.
