Project day

I am using today to download updates for my Rand McNally Tripmaker GPS

and also my Uniden Home Patrol scanner. Both of these procedures can be quite lengthy because of the rather large databases, so most of my day should be kept busy. This will get everything up to date and ready for travel.

I am still waiting for Bakers RV to return to install the second coat of bed liner to the wheel well. I suggested a couple of days to let the first coat cure, so I'm not sure when I'll see them again. Also part of the last visit will be bringing of the final bill, so I guess I shouldn't get too impatient.

Later there will be a ballgame and to sum it all up the rest of the day will be spent enjoying the good life.

  1. Now John all you did was use a different word to describe your day. It's still XXXX that helps you Enjoy the Good Life. Be Safe.

    It's about time.

    1. Hopefully it will go faster. Updated the firmware, but the maps were up to date. Only took me about half an hour.
