While busy out celebrating today's holiday I will not be able post my normal blog. Instead I will be using the day to refresh my use of the Morse code, which I haven't used since I was in the Navy. This will allow me to use the new Tap application for Gmail. Click on word tap to see what it's all about. Faster emails, just another way to enjoy the good life.
April Fools!!!
You have fun, enjoying the good life on April Fool's Day! Thanks for sharing another technical milestone. You're kind.
ReplyDeleteThanks Russ, Google announced more than one technological advancement today. Check Google maps . They have finally come out with an 8-bit map program for the early Nintendo Systems. It just doesn't stop on this day.
ReplyDeleteIt is a shame that it isn't the same as Morse Code. So many people already know that. Happy Trails, Penny, TX
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Penny.
DeleteJohn that is hilarious. I found several spoofs on You Tube including one for Google Fiber bars. I wonder if the wizards got paid overtime for this stuff?
ReplyDeleteGoogle has a tradition of April Fools Jokes going back several years. Lightens the mood.
DeleteJust catching up on your blog from the past 4 days. Glad you survived the hail ok. Sorry Mel had some damage. MMD
ReplyDeleteCould have been a lot worse MMD.
DeleteThe "Tap" app looks a lot easier for these old thumbs to manage although I'm not sure about multitasking like that. The worst thing is we didn't use Morris Code in the missile silos in Kansas in the 60's so I don't know the code ;-)
ReplyDeleteBelated April 1st!
Kenny, when we reach a certain age solo-tasking is asking a lot.
