Today I'm on the Sunday schedule. Last night I enjoyed a nice meal with the local 'fun pigs' a group of friends who winter here in Elephant Butte and who really know how to enjoy the good life. The food was excellent and the company was even better.
This morning Loren stopped by and we were able to solve most of the problems of the world before he had to go take a call from his son in Alaska. I guess we'll get to the rest of the problems later.
The rest of the day will be lived under the 'wait and see what happens' rule. Nothing is planned, but who knows what might happen. For sure whatever occurs we will be enjoying the good life.
That's about what this day was like around here due to rain. But it felt good to do nothing much but work On a lap robe for the VA. It sure helps keep you warm while you work on them.
