This morning it was time to again approach that most dreaded task....laundry. I generally am able to postpone the deed until it becomes an absolute necessity and today was no exception. So the laundry was loaded onto the cart and off to the wash room I trundled. I was fortunate to find the laundry empty and I had it to myself the entire time. While doing laundry Sharon and Clay stopped by to invite me to a get together tonight for hot dogs on the grill. Gourmet tube steak over open coals is always a favorite especially when someone else is doing the preparation, so I readily agreed. Remarkably enough this completed the only open part of today's schedule.
The day will be spent with good food and complimented by good friends. This is a real good way to enjoy the good life.
OH NO! The dreaded laundry. Well its done and yes the perfect end eating at some elses place.

ReplyDeleteThe way you write about doing laundry and what a dreadful task it is I'm thinking that your NOT taking advantage of the modern washers and dryers that most Park now have.
I would suggest that you throw away that washboard that you have been using in the laundry room tub sinks. Get yourself some quarters and use the modern stuff!
You will find that laundry is not nearly the dreadful task that it once was.
