The saga of the package continues. Yesterday about noon the status of my scanner package changed to 'out for delivery'. So I waited all day and nothing happened. Sometime last night the status changed to delivery attempted at 10:00 pm and a signature was needed to complete the delivery. Sitting in Mel with a view of the office and the entrance to the park I know for a fact that there were no vehicles in the park at that time. So now there is an action required by the customer tag on my package. Amazon has already been contacted and they say UPS will attempt a delivery today and Amazon will call me back in the morning to see if delivery was completed. Amazon has done their part, but UPS is sure having trouble keeping up with their part of the deal.
Today we are busy with an afternoon ball game and of course we will be keeping an eye out for UPS, hoping they will do their part in helping me enjoy the good life.
Please don't hold your breath waiting for them. And if you call and get a sweet girl on the phone please don't yell at her she can't help that the driver couldn't careless about your package or anyone elses. But she will try to find it for you.
