Well today was road trip day. We pulled ourselves out of bed this morning, took a quick shower and then disconnected Mels utilities and it was off to Laredo. The trip to Walmart was a success and a good deal of money was put back into circulation. I'm just doing my part to stimulate the economy. The one thing that was apparent on the 50 mile trip to Laredo and back was the increased presence of the Border Patrol. vehicles. Almost every other vehicle I passes was showing the Border Patrol colors. A stop at burger doodle was made on the way back to enjoy my one fast food meal for the month.
We are now back at the park and the utilities have been reconnected and we have provisions that should last a month. Unloading the billfold is just a part of enjoying the good life.
