I'm back

Last Wednesday I left Bay View RV park to go to my old work place for a visit. When I returned to the park the Internet satellite refused to deploy and I have been without Internet since then. So here is the catch up. Thursday we pulled Darrell's trailer to his home, along with three pickup loads of 'stuff' he had accumulated. The activity around the campground was frantic all week. On Friday I went to the clinic for a physical, no problems, good for another 5000 miles. Friday I also went back to the office and had lunch with some friends. I stayed Friday at Bay View night and then headed to to Camp Wal-mart for Saturday and Sunday nights. Son Dan came by Sunday night and took me to supper for a father's day treat. Today I had my dental appointment and I am now on the way to Iowa City . where I have an appointment tomorrow to have the dish looked repaired. I am currently at the Flying J truckstop and using their wifi to post this. On the way up I saw lots of water north of Canton and the road was sandbagged in places. Hope I can make the return trip. Also, while I was at the dentist one of the people who works there got a call the the levee at Bay Vies had two big boils and they had called off the sand bagging. The expectation was the levee would fail tonight. That's the update, hopefully the satellite will be repaired tomorrow and I'll be back in business.
