Brisket dinner

The brisket dinner was a success and oh so good. It was topped off with homemade mustard potato salad and ranch beans. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and there were no leftovers. Today we are going uptown for lunch. There is a diner that serves butterfly pork chops every Wednesday that people have been raving about and we feel they need our seal of approval.
