Moved south

I've moved a little south to the small town of Tivoli. It is at the north end of San Antonio bay and I'm getting the benefit of the Gulf breeze again. I went out for a walk this morning and saw the town from one end to the other. One thing that mystified me were the flower planters around town labeled Redfish with a shamrock on them. The connection escapes me.
