Crystal Beach, Texas

I arrived at sister Kate's and brother-in law Jim's beach house yesterday about 1 pm. Kate was at work so Jim and I took a tour of the area. We drove a couple of miles on the beach itself which was pretty cool. We saw lots of birds feeding in the surf. After Kate got home we went out to eat at a seafood place that was right on the intercoastal waterway and looked out over the Galveston Bay. I ate shrimp that was soooo fresh. Today is laundry day and we are going to kind of kick back. I think tomorrow we are going to Galveston across the bay and check things out over there. I'm going to take some pictures of the area when the sun comes up and post them later today.
