Trivia night

Last night was the usual Friday night trip uptown to eat. Aubrey joined Larry and me as we supported our local restaurants. After we returned it was time for the annual trivia night at the rec hall. 24 teams were assembled with six persons per team and the games began.
This is the group waiting for the first question to test our dumbness level.

Here are the folks who put together trivia night explaining the rules and getting ready to begin.

Some teams even brought their own thinking caps.

Altogether there were 60 questions with 6 questions per category in 10 categories. Two teams tied for first with 48 correct answers and our team came in tied for second with four other teams with 47 correct answers.A grand time was had by all.

This morning was the monthly flea market and I was given the awesome responsibility of selling the coffee and donuts. This required making change and guarding the merchandise. I did attempt to negotiate a commission, but was unsuccessful in this endeavor and ended up working for donuts.

Today we are finally seeing some warming and are hoping to reach the mid 60's which will sure help us to better enjoy the good life.
