Another day of winter greeted us today. The overnight low was 42.6 degrees and so far we've only climbed to 49.9. The absence of the sun has added to the depressing atmosphere around here. What better thing to do on such a day than go to the dentist which was this mornings activity. I decided since I spend about 5 months a year in the Zapata area that maybe I should start establishing medical and dental services in the area. For the most part the checkup went will, although I have one tooth that needs to be removed. Just what I need another hole in my head. Fortunately the tooth in question is not causing any problems so it's up to me when it will be removed. I also scheduled a cleaning which will be done next Thursday which will coincide with my next trip to Wal-Mart.
A trip to the dentist is not the preferred way to enjoy the good life, but it will suffice on a gloomy day.
