Falcon lake bound

This mornings trip down the street found the dynamic duo, Don and Donnie, preparing Donnie's newly purchased boat being made ready to head for the lake. Preparations were slowed a bet by Donnie's recent trip to the hospital, but he is back on his feet and anxious to get the boat in the water. He knows there are some lunkers out in the lake that are just waiting to snap on to his lure.

After I left there I did a little research on the computer to try and lower the cost to Donnie of the prescriptions he was given on exit from the hospital. $530.00 a month is just a bit steep and I was hoping we could find a supplier that was a bit more affordable. This was not to be. one of the scripts was a brand new drug that just became available in November and apparently they are trying to recoup their entire research costs in the first couple of months of sales.

We have a perfect day for the fishermen today. It is currently 72 degrees with just a slight breeze and the lake is dropping so the fishing is starting to pick up. There is a professional tournament on the lake this weekend so the town is filling up with the pro's and their fancy rigs. It should be a good weekend for enjoying the good life.
