Slow start

On this mornings walk around the park I was struck by the number of empty sites in the park. I seems to me that in years past we were much fuller by this time of year. I don't know if it's the economy or the fear of border violence, but something is holding people back. Maybe it will pick up in the next few weeks, but so far it's pretty barren around here.

Bass Blvd, quite a few open sites.

The other side of Bass Blvd., more openings.

Robyn Lane, take your choice.

Even here on Winterway we only have 4 of 18 spots occupied. I hope it picks up soon so we can have more help in our discussions to solve the world problems. We need some new opinions.

Today we are on watch for the UPS man who should be coming to pick up the defective Mr. Acer. The new and I hope improved Mr. Acer is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and then I will get to spend another eight hours or so reloading my programs and files. After doing it seven times on the old Mr. Acer I'm getting pretty good at running install programs.

The rest of today I will be totally involved in doing nothing, my favorite way to enjoy the good life.
