Reservations made

Yesterday reservations were successfully made for the Grand Canyon Railway and the RV park. I was a bit concerned that being so close to Labor Day this might not be possible, but all went with out a hitch. I will be arriving at Williams Arizona next Tuesday evening and riding the train to the Grand Canyon on Wednesday. One thing for sure it should be considerably cooler in that part of the country than it is here. Today we are going to be enjoying a balmy day of 113 degrees. Needless to say I will be observing the day from inside the comfort of Mel. If nothing else this summer I've learned not to go to Lake Havasu City in the summer time if you want to enjoy the good life.
