Back in Elephant Butte
Last night we were in Grants, NM. Grants is a good place to stay if you like train whistles every half an hour. Grants happens to be on the main east/west railroad route across America. The RV park I stayed at was right next to the highway as an added bonus feature. This mornings trip was uneventful and we are set up at the top level of the Lakeside RV Park with a nice view of the mountains. I have already seen several familiar faces and am looking forward to catching up with them about their summer activities. I paid for a month, which is cheaper than paying for two weeks, so I have the flexibility of moving when I want. Now it's time to kick back and enjoy the good life.

Your RV park looks like a nice place with a good reputation. I wonder why it has so many folks who stay long term; must be some cool attractions in the area. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHey John I am moving that direction on Tuesday. We can do a little eye to eye again.
ReplyDeleteSounds good Barney.
