On alert

The winds that started yesterday have steadily increased to the point where we are now under a wind alert for this afternoon. We are already getting winds in the 25 mph range and they are talking about 50 and 60 mph gusts later today. I guess today's entertainment will be watching unsecured stuff blow around the campground.

Like this fellow who has deployed his awning with no tie downs or de-flappers, but he has set himself  directly under the awning so he will have a real good view when a gust of wind flips that awning right over the top of his camper. There are a couple more semi-permanent guest here who have more spread out on the ground around their rigs than inside of them. I think this afternoon is going to be show time. In the meantime we will just sit back and enjoy the good life.
