Sunday
Some prep today in readiness for leaving Wednesday for Missouri, but the day was mostly occupied with the Cardinals sweeping the Nationals and enjoying the weekend mode.
Monday
Preparations were stepped up a notch today starting with a trip to the Auto Spa to get the car all cleaned up for the trip. Then it was a trip to the laundry to get all the washing taken care of. I have also cleaned out the refrigerator of what food I won't be able to consume before I leave. The grill has been stowed and now it's time for the Cardinals to beat the Mets.
The Cards won and it's now 4 in a row.
Tuesday
I've finished the packing and loaded the car in preparation of my PDD qualifying run starting tomorrow. Slides are in, holding tanks have been emptied and refrigerator has been cleaned out. All that remains is a ballgame, a nights sleep and a wake up, point myself north and drive 1243 miles to my destination. Missouri, take cover.
Safe travels tomorrow. And by the way - thanks for the reminder about how old I am. LOL
ReplyDeleteJust remember, it getting old beats the alternative.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you made your list and checked it twice. Safe travels dear friend.
