More errands.

So far today we have made a trip to Pep Boys to buy new windshield wiper blades. Then on the way back a stop at Walmart for a couple of items and then it was back home. Once home it was wiper blade installation time and Mel is ready for the rain. Then across the street for an assist to my neighbor J B who is preparing for a trip to Alaska and will be leaving tomorrow. He was wanting to remove his bed liner from the pickup so the motorcycle he's taking with him won't slide around the bed of the truck. A third set of hands showed up attached to Bill and we managed to git er done.

The rest of the day will be spent making things secure and getting ready for my travel. I'm probably looking at Wednesday for the start of the second summer expedition. The pace won't be too great today because we are in the weekend mode and overdoing can sure put a damper on enjoying the good life.

  1. Definitely no overdoing allowed. As long as progress is seen, that's all that matters.

  3. Let's hope you won't need those new wiper blades for a while - still, it is good to be prepared.

    1. I've done my part in ending the drought, new wiper blades and a wash for Mel, what more can I do?

  4. So you got enough topsoil off Mel to actually see the windshield? ;c)
