Yesterdays Adventure
Yesterday at lunch o'clock I headed for Eggs and I to meet with fellow bloggers Paul and Marsha Weaver of Where's Weaver fame. While it's always nice to meet fellow bloggers, yesterday was especially nice because I met two especially nice people. We enjoyed a couple of hours of banter before heading our separate ways. The hope is we will be able to do this again before leaving the Valley.
Paul and Marsha Weaver.
Today my friends are coming from Zapata for another meeting at Cracker Barrel and then we are probably heading for the flea market at Don-West. Later this evening the park is having a spaghetti supper so it's going to be a busy day of enjoying the good life.
How great! You met our friends!! I'm sure they were the entertainment.
ReplyDeleteIndeed they were.
DeleteNice to see Paul and Marsha looking so nice and tan. They must have finally ditched that bad weather mono and found some sunshine. We enjoyed meeting them when they drove over to Eugene from the Oregon coast last summer. You should try to get them to sing, we never could!
ReplyDeleteWe brought them to the Valley to share the sunshine and no singing was allowed.
DeleteWhich do you enjoy more, eggs or friends? You're certainly getting lots of both!
ReplyDeleteThat's easy, friends are the best.
DeleteWhat a social butterfly you are as of late!
ReplyDeleteThat's probably a pretty big stretch, Judy.
DeleteAlways nice to meet blogger friends face-to-face, glad you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteWe had a real nice time, like long lost friends.
DeleteWhat did you do to that photo? Why did you cut yourself handsome self out?
ReplyDeleteWe had a wonderful time. So glad to meet you up-close-and-personal. We do need to meet again before we head back towards Houston. Hope you are enjoying your spaghetti dinner.
By a slight alteration to the picture I was able to preserve the dignity of the blog. The spaghetti was good and to make it even better it was free.
DeleteIt is so much fun to meet fellow bloggers. And today Cracker Barrel and spaghetti dinner tonight. You sure do know how to enjoy the good life. good for you.
ReplyDeleteThe last couple of days haven't been real good for weight loss, but it's sure been fun.
DeleteSo glad you got to meet up with Paul and Marsha. We think they are really special. They sure seem to feel the same way about you. Enjoy the big week-end and try to stay out of trouble. LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks guys, there are a lot of special folks in our little blogger community and I look forward to the day we cross paths.
