Another indoor day

This sounds like a broken record, but it's true. We have reached 53 degrees and the sky is still overcast. Tomorrow there is more rain in the forecast, so it looks like Monday before any relief shows up.

Yesterday I lost Indiana in the Big Ten Tournament, but Missouri stayed alive and will be playing Baylor at 5 pm today. Both teams should be in the NCAA basketball tournament starting next week. So there is still plenty of basketball to be played.

Today I will continue to read the information I have accumulated on diabetes and what I can do to help myself to better enjoy the good life.

  1. The rain has finally caught up with us here in Oregon and is forecast to stick around for the next ten days. Oh well, we're used to it...although it did take me a while to get used to the webs that have grown between my toes! quack quack!!

    Good luck to Missouri today.

  2. John, I wish this rain would go away! I don't know why when it rains, it has to stick around for days. My window is now leaking on the overhead cab :-( I can't figure out why, but it looks like another trip to the RV place.

    1. Me too TexCyn, I'm ready for the good weather to return. Sorry to hear, after all the work, that the leaks are back.

    2. PS, how's the sticking thing coming along? Getting the groove of it yet? Not that it's groovy...but perhaps it is since it can save your life!

  3. 65 and sunny here in the southern tropics of Indiana, most were still in a foul mood after yesterday's loss.

    1. I get the foul mood, but they're leaning still. Get ready for the NCAA. And next year they will even tougher.
