A walk around the park this morning to see what was happening determined the most folks around here are in the weekend mode. The tour of the park determined no signs of life anywhere. It is especially quiet on the weekend when the construction on the new highway has been shut down and the equipment is parked. I don't even miss the back up alarms beeping away.
Both football games I watched yesterday came out in my favor and today will bring a couple of more games, one football and one basketball, for my viewing pleasure.
Again today the temperature in in the mid 80's with 60% humidity and a 10 mph wind all of which will make for a fine day of enjoying the good life.
