Slides in

The rain that was expected yesterday didn't show up, but yesterday afternoon we went under a wind advisory and it continues today. Last night it was whipping up to the point where the slides were pulled in to keep the toppers from flopping in the breeze. This wind is coming directly from the north and it is accompanied with lots of cold air and I believe I saw a couple of Canadians blow past. Right now it's 62 degrees and the wind is blowing between 25 and 30 mph with gusts in the 40 mph range. Tonight we are under a freeze warning. Of course, I'm sure you all are aware and understand that it is just too windy to even make an attempt to get to the laundry room.

With the weather the way it is I will be forced to seek shelter for the day in Mel and probably watch some football, while enjoying the good life.
