We are in the middle of the three day holiday weekend and so far things have remained relatively quite here in the neighborhood. The usual comings and goings of the people with boats is in full swing and some people have been in and out several times with the boats. Maybe they are looking for the lake or maybe they just drive around showing off their boats to the rest of the world. It's a puzzle to me. I do know when I lived in Colorado there were several neighbors who ran around with skis on top of their cars year round who never went to the mountains to use them.
Yesterday's sports was a wash, two teams won and two lost. Today we only have a baseball game to watch while keeping under cover, but we will manage to enjoy the good life.
It's amusing to see how people waste gas at these prices. Oh well as long as it isn't me. We have had some new trailers come in just for the holiday. And some worked the Art Shows, tomorrow quiet will return. :)
