Yesterday we made it across the street to the dinosaur museum. This area, because of the exposed cliffs has made dinosaur hunting very lucrative. The museum is a very active research facility with lots of displays and a working lab.
This was the first display, a sauropod skull.
This little critter was small during his day.
This is a six foot femur from one of the bigger beasts.
They had life size replicas of some of the creatures that roamed the countryside back in the day.
It must have been fun running into something like this during a walk through the woods.
I have many more pictures from the museum that I will share in the next few days. For the rest of the day it will be enjoying the view which is a subset of enjoying the good life.
