Well yesterday's move to a new site was accomplished and no matter what I did, there was no satellite service. They have parked us right in the middle of a grove a trees and no amount of moving forward or backward produced a signal. So for the first time in 3 years the batwing antenna was deployed to receive off the air local signals. It works really well and I was able to get the three networks plus 3 shopping channels and a lot of Spanish speaking channels. Not my choice of entertainment, but we'll make due for the next couple of days. The park also has WIFI internet service on a very limited basis, but again, we'll make due. It sure has given me lots of time to restore Mel to factory new condition.
This afternoon I will be waiting the arrival of son Dan and his wife Amy for a visit. They live in the Denver area and will be coming up for an afternoon visit. Seeing your kids is just another way to enjoy the good life.
